How This Website Handles Your Information

EVRHealth Privacy Compliance Consulting Services, LLC ("EVRHealth") built this website to collect as little information about visitors as possible. This notice describes what the site does and does not do.

What this website does not do

• It does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
• It does not set cookies.
• It does not contain forms that collect visitor information.
• It loads fonts and other assets from EVRHealth's own web server, not from third-party font or content-delivery services.

Web hosting

Like any website, this site is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers may keep standard access logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of request) for security and operational purposes. EVRHealth does not use these logs to identify individual visitors.

Scheduling (Calendly)

"Schedule a Consultation" links open Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, in a new window. Information you enter there is collected by Calendly under its own privacy policy and shared with EVRHealth for the purpose of scheduling your consultation. EVRHealth does not control Calendly's practices.

Email and telephone

If you contact EVRHealth by email or phone, we will use the information you provide to respond to you. Email is not a secure channel. Please do not include patient names, dates of birth, medical details, or any other protected health information in an email inquiry. If a matter involves patient information, we will arrange an appropriate method of communication.
